What is KWIK SWEEP?

Kwik Sweep is a waste and recycling collection service, ensuring the reduction of general waste to landfill. 

Kwik Sweep ensures that your waste is disposed of the right way, and will sort out any recyclables possible.

Looking after our customer is our main priority, so we aim to deliver the best service to our customers.

 

Are you licensed to do this job?

We are licensed by the Environment Agency, and you can be ensured that all waste collected will be dealt with in a legal and responsible way.

 

What is 'Kwik Sweep Care'?

Kwik Sweep Care is a free added service designed for account customers and includes:

 

• Dedicated Account Manager
• 10% discount for all family and friends on all clearances
• Regular price check, so you know you are always getting value for your money
• Earn free collections by recommending Kwik Sweep to new account members.

Why are you cheaper than your competitors?

Because we recycle everything where possible, the savings that are made from tipping to landfills are passed on to you, the customer!

 

What are your opening times?

Our opening times are from 09.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday with telephone and email from 6.00pm Monday to Friday and Weekends.

 

Can you relocate my things?

At the moment we only clear out junk to be reused (Schools, community groups, and charities) or dispose of.

 

Do I need to be at home/office for the job to get done?

We would like for someone to be around for security reason and for a signature. However, this it not necessary for Account Customers.

 

How much notice do you require?

We would prefer for you to give us as much notice as possible in order for us to be as efficient as possible.

 

How do you charge and what do you remove?

We charge by the volume, weight and time. We clear out any junk from your garden, office, home etc.

 

Can you collect my hazardous waste?

We can take some hazardous waste.
